Droid Bionic:

  • Equipped with the Android OS version 2.3.4.
  • An ample and crisp 4.3-inch qHD touchscreen display with 540 x 960 pixel resolution.
  • Processor is the powerful 1Ghz Tegra 2 Dual Core.
  • 8 megapixel rear- plus front-facing camera capable of capturing 1080p videos.
  • Has webtop capabilities and is the first of Verizon’s offered smartphones to run on the provider’s 4G LTE network.

Samsung 19100 Galaxy S II:

The Samsung Galaxy S II has been in the consumer market since April of this year
  •  Firmware – The Galaxy S II runs on the Android version 2.3 Gingerbread Operating System. It’s equipped with a snappy 1.2 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex A9 processor, 16GB or 32GB of storage, and 1GB of RAM.
  • Display – This Android-enabled smartphone boasts a 4.3 inches SUPER AMOLED Plus touchscreen of 480 x 800-pixel resolution. This relatively smaller pixel resolution isn’t really that noticeable as colors still appear vividly.
  • Camera – This smartphone’s camera sensors are perhaps one of the best in the market right now. The device is equipped with both a front- and rear-facing camera so even challenging distant and close-up shots are handled pretty well. Pixelation isn’t much of an issue and prints, even of images which have been cropped from bigger shots, are sure to appear quite sharp. Plus it’s capable of capturing videos at 1080p too.

HTC EVO 3D:

  • 4.3-inch qHD 960 x 540-pixel Autostereoscopic 3D display
  • 1GB RAM
  • 4GB of ROM
  • 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm 8660 Snapdragon CPU
  • dual rear 5-megapixel cameras with dedicated camera button
  • HDMI 1.4
  • Wireless streaming via DLNA
  • 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera
  • 1730mAh battery
Motorola Atrix 4G:

This 4th Generation smartphone called Atrix is another of Motorola’s top-tier smartphone models. It’s built-in with a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9, and runs the Android Version 2.2 Froyo Operating System. It’s also equipped with 16GB of storage.

Sure, it sports a smaller capacitive touchscreen of only 4 inches but its resolution is quite ample at 540 x 960 pixels. And its 5 megapixel camera that’s also capable of capturing videos at 720p should well make up for the smallish screen. The camera functionalities can be conveniently configured too so tailoring its settings to match your every shooting exploits’ requirements shouldn’t be a problem.

LG G2X:
Released April of this year, the G2X is a Froyo Version 2.2-enabled Android though it can be easily upgraded to Version 2.3. But though it’s equipped with 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor, it has less memory and RAM at 8GB and 512 MB, respectively.

With a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen, its pixel capacity is slightly lower at 480 x 800. But a powerful camera feature of 8 megapixel plus video capture of 1080p should well make up for this drawback. Plus its ergonomic design and matte finish on the body makes it more slip-resistant.

HTC Sensation 4G:
Released just this June, the HTC Sensation is an Android Version 2.3 Gingerbread-run smartphone. It boasts 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of storage, and 768 MB of random access memory. Its 4.3 inches of qHD capacitive touchscreen is capable of displaying 540 x 960 pixels and over 16 million colors as well.
Its 8-megapixel camera’s a delight to use too. Plus nifty settings such as instant capture, touch-focus, face detection, and image stabilization have been enabled as well. And at 1080p motion resolution capture doubled with stereo sound recording capacity, you’ll never again have to miss any video-worthy moments.
